Waste of time UIF Services

It is now 33 days since I submitted my application and no one has come back to me. No contact number, no email address, just general queries to which no one replies to. I’m beginning to believe that I might have been ****med here. Is there no other way to contact UIF services to get answers? The website says 1-5 day turnaround time. Try more like an eternity to get any feedback.
