Useless service!!!Waste of money

After submitting all the required documents, the lady went quiet...very quiet. I send countless mails, whatsapp's with very little to no response. Eventually my husband phoned her only to find out that it has been 6 weeks since I mailed her all my documents and they have still not been submitted to the department of labour. She then submitted them and went quiet again. Suddenly I received a sms from the department of labour resulting in me having to go to our local office(something I paid her to avoid) only to find out that 2 of the documents were never submitted. I submitted them myself and contacted her voicing my concern. After countless excuses from her side I have not heard anything since (it has been another 5 weeks)... I have not received any of my maternity payments and UIF services is not responding to any communication. Totally useless service and a BIG waste of money!!!
