Terrible service

Used this company 2019 March for maternity claim, I paid and submitted all docs and was given the run around and had to physically go to Dept of labor and did it myself. Hopeful,I gave them another chance in 2020 for my unemployment claim, I paid and submitted docs, all docs were received but when I check for feedback, they wouldn't respond and laaaaater they would respond by saying a doc is missing please re-send, I did and when I did a follow up they wouldn't respond. Desperate I approached another company who did everything in 2 1/2 months. Very disappointing..
