Pathetic service from UIF Services
Absolutely pathetic service. Zero communication after you pay the fees and a claim of 1 to 5 days turnaround time??? 5 months after submission of all the forms, my wife is still waiting for any feedback from UIF Services. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails.

01 Jul 2019, 22:49Her name is Leigh-Anne Liebenberg (Nel). I realise that after submitting it takes longer, but as per your adverti*****t "Fast, paperless Commercial or Domestic UIF Applications. Registrations handled within 1 - 5 working days." Well, after 5 months we still have no proof of registration or submission. We've called several times and during the past few weeks and the phone just rings without anyone answering. Today I called 3 times and my wife twice (I left a message on your phone and got no response). My wife sent you several emails (including today) and still no response. Another employee of mine (Shannon Blair), who also made use of your "service" has exactly the same complaints of zero communication from your side.

02 Jul 2019, 06:49Also I only received an email yesterday afternoon from Leigh-Anne, and one two weeks ago regarding the employer forms, which i picked up there were issues on, and then apparently there was another commencement issue that the bookkeeper picked up on too.

02 Jul 2019, 06:51Sorry this is coming in many messages, but there are only so many words i can type per message. The domestic and commercial is a simple UIF registration, and NOT a claim. If you have a look there have been many complaints about the issues the department of labour themselves have had. Not me!!

Sorry this is coming in many messages, but there are only so many words i can type per message. The domestic and commercial is a simple UIF registration, and NOT a claim. If you have a look there have been many complaints about the issues the department of labour themselves have had. Not me!!
