Kate uif very unhelpful
Kate from Uif consultant ,is absolutely unhelpful. All she wants to do is submit your claim and medical form. Nothing more, yet the email she submits the form to is incorrect and the uif consultants do not acknowledge this email, for submitting of documents. She is not willing to assist with any further follow ups and does not provide any further assistance. She's quick to make excuses and don't care, if you receive your money or not . Please do not use kate for your uif claims, she's very unhelpful and avoids calls or messages. Very disappointing service.

04 Dec 2019, 13:06Good day Mohammed, I confirmed and have all details to show that the forms were correct and sent. Payments take 7-10 day, I submitted the request and forms on the 29th November, also explained to your wife as well. I cannot do more than send the forms.. This is also stated in the contract i had sent

04 Dec 2019, 13:18No i do answer the whatsapps, i have just not been able to take whatsapp calls since last week. That is why i answered your normal call. And I am busy, but will talk to you. But now you say you too busy as per your whatsapp

04 Dec 2019, 13:19I cannot do anything if the department of labour are taking their time in scanning your forms in. Second I was told that the email to payments is the correct one. Ilse is a different person and someone direct, if that is who you are referring to

We told Kate a numerous times that the DOL does not accept emails directly to the paymaster , yet she still sends it and makes our problem.

05 Dec 2019, 08:20Kate ended off being the better person. She apologized last night and sent us a full refund, which we where not entitled to. Says a lot about her as a person, especially since I was that said all those nasty things about her.
