Disappointed

I am very disappointed in the service and how this UiF services treat us. I submitted my UIF claim about two weeks ago and it is still showing as Submitted without any progress. What's frustrating is that people who submitted their claims after mine have already been approved and waiting of payment while mine appears to have been skipped over with no explanation..they haven't even opened the claim still sitting and camping .

I have not received any communication about why my claim is delayed, what stage it's at, or what (if anything) is outstanding from my side. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially given that UIF payments are meant to support people during a period without income. All I get is telling me an out turn around time .why does it always have to be turn around time on me while others don't even wait for turn around time . UIF claims you can do better .
