Cost me money for nothing

<p>I made use of this service, having paid R630 or something in that line. Filled in all the forms and had it couriered to Kate for R300. Just for her to tell me on the Monday no more personal applications allowed at DoL only online maternity claims (which was a lie as I phoned DoL and other agencies and all confirmed it can still be done via person instead of online) I feel she knew she was not in the mood to do my claim and still had me pay her and courier forms to her for no reason of help. She created an online account for me ( which I could have done myself easily) and that is where her help stopped. I changed my password so she wont have access to my acc anymore and helped myself. All monies received. I would really not recommend her services to anyone. </p> <p>Also when I told her there is a new form that the online application needs filled in she had the audacity to ask me to send her a copy of the form for her records as she does not have it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Poor services.... </p>
