your delivery guys refuses to deliver

I bought sofas from your very friendly guy, whom I was very happy doing business with. I love the sofas. I had to wait from Wednesday for Friday delivery. I had no problem with that. Your guys arrive here to deliver and they were complaning about how tired they are before even taking out the sofas. The sofas are big to fit the lift and they refused to deliver to me using steps. Anyone who buys furniture in this flat gets their delivery in steps from other stores but they said NO!We don't take steps at all. Not a chance. Now I'm a pregnant woman am I suppose to Carry them myself. Now m waiting for those sofas to be delivered into my house because you promised to do so at purchase. Now why am I fighting for it. I need those sofas, I have no energy to shop around again!
