Worst service of all time.....

I bought the elevating Chicago couches in March only to realise that the spring system was faulty, I was then advised to send an email for the call centre to arrange collection from my place. After a whole month without any communication or whatsoever, I had to continuously follow up on the delivery till they delivered the item. Now the situation is worse! nothing was fixed, the matter looks like it was not attended to. I keep asking myself how does a company release items without checking if all is in order. I am disgusted by the appalling service I am receiving from this shop!!!!!!! Quality at it's lowest yet it's expensive
