Worst service and attitude. I have never been treated this bad

I went to get a quote from UFO waterfall branch and ask the salesman when will I receive my furniture - she told me you can have everything by next week Tuesday as we have our deliveries every Tuesday. I went home and did an eft and got confirmation from them that my furniture will be delivered and installed within 7 days. After the 7th day my items did not arrive and a called in and was told that the furniture must still be delivered. I have been staying in a house with no furniture for 2 months, not even a bed. The furniture started coming in one by one and each time I was told to pay delivery. After 3 months I am still waiting for some of my furniture and they do not know when will it arrive. On top of everything we keep being told we are ***** and that the furniture will be here month after month. The lady working there has a very bad attitude and uses vulgar words on us.
