Worst quality, over priced and no after service

My poor 65 year old parents bought this set 4 years ago for R22 000. They don't have pets and both my brother and I are adults - so it's only the two of them at home.

After 1 year, these Jordan's couches started peeling. The UFO in Nelspruit didn't want to exchange or helo them. Now it's 4 years later, and this is the end result. My parents had to spend R5000 now to cover the couches. My mom just shared the before and after pics, and I was infuriated thinking how companies like UFO can **** people like this.
