Worst costumer service and quality defect

<p>I bought an L shape couche at UFO Menlyn with knowledge that its original price is R38 000 but it was marked down to R19 999 little did I know it was all a **** because within a month of purchase the stitches were dismantling. Two sets of couche was fetched for repairs on 28 April 2017 and was told it will take 14 working days for the couches to be repaired till to date the couche is not back. When we made a follow ups with the sales lady ( Dipuo) she promises us lies and she never has an answer to when are we getting the couche back. The 3rd piece of the couche is now doing the same, we were told that the couche is 100% upper leather but the very same so called genuine leather is the one that is tearing. I feel ****** as a client and UFO should be ashamed of themselves and wish I could have checked the reviews. It's so sad that a lot of people are unhappy with their furniture.</p>
