Very poor quality, workmanship and after sales care

I purchased a dining room set in 2018 in their 50% off sale. I paid R16 000 for the set. I was told at the time of purchase that the chairs are genuine leather. Two years later that is in 2020 I tried calling the store to inform them that the foam is collapsing, the chairs are coming apart at the stitching but was not helped due to the covid situation. I also tried going to the store to complain but was told the guarantee is over and there's nothing they can do about it. I even took photos to show but was not helped. The problem is just getting worse... I think I would have gotten better a better quality product from a Chinese outlet at a fraction of the price. I feel that the quality of their furniture is poor, the workmanship is appalling but the furniture is sold at exorbitant prices. It's just ribbery. Its just not fair... Absolutely no value for the money spent
