Very bad service at UFO Carnival Mall branch Brakpan

What a bad service we had at UFO Carnival mall branch, we bought sofas cash on January and when we went there, they told us about ***** that took place on February.. till today we haven't get what we bought, Mr Jan is giving us hard time because he want to give us our money back n we need what we bought in that store. Please help
