unprofessional and taking people for a ride

I bought 2 phoebe couches on laybye from UFO Eastgate in August 2020. I finished paying in October. I called the sales person (Bright Majola) who helped me to ask when am I going to receive the goods and I was told on Tuesday (20/10/2020). Nothing happened and I called again and again still no delivery. First week of December, the sales person (Bright), finally admitted that they don't the couches then I asked for a refund and I was asked to to send 3 months statement showing payments I made to them and ID copy, which I did and I was told I would receive the money by the 14/12/2020. I did not receive the money and every time I call, am told the is a delay in their financial department. I want my money back Please.
