Unhappy customer

I went to purchase a bedroom suite which was on the floor, it was covered the day that I went to collect. And because the heardboard is too high, I didn't notice that it was torn. I took pictures of how it looks when we unwrapped it and went to the shop to show them what I discovered. They denied the fact that they released it like this from the shop. I told them that it is too high, I didn't notice it when it was on the store floor and the fact that it was covered by plastic when we collected it. Now they don't want to take any responsibility whatsoever! I spent more than R10 000 for a torn bed:(
