UFO Very Shortsighted

I bought a bedroom suite and a bed from UFO for which I paid R35000. After a while we realised that the *****s on the drawers were short and pulled out. I reported the matter at the Rustenburg branch. I was first asked to take pictures and later to bring the ***** and the drawer handle, which I did.<br> <br> <br> After that I was told by the branch manger that she would report it to head office. Head office never contacted me and I went back to the shop where the salesman tried to buy the *****s out of his pocket but could not afford the R68. I spoke to the Manager at head office several times and left messages three times. He never bothered to return my call once.<br> <br> I cannot believe that somebody as senior as Douw can be so shortsighted not to see that just by word of mouth he could end up loosing thousands and even millions for a lousy R68.<br> <br> i have told Douw that it was not about the R68 but more about principle. If you pay R35 000 for a bedroom suite you expect to be treated the way Mercedes treats its customers. <br> PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM UFO AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.
