UFO sucks

I bought furniture from United Furniture Outlets in Polokwane on the 18th December 2015,i came to collect on the 28th December 2015,when i got to my place an opened the boxes i discovered that the two seater couch was damaged,i took pictures and went to report the matter to the UFO store on the 30th December 2015,UFO told me they cannot be held liable for goods damaged by the customer,i was outraged,i did not have their product for more then two days and they are refusing to help me,i have since reported the matter to Consumer Goods and Services OMBUD South Africa,still waiting to receive a response.UFO is no good trust me you dont want to find out yourself!
