I bought a mattress from UFO Mahube branch in November 2022 by Jan the mattress had a dent in where I was sleeping. I spoke to the sales lady and the supplier only came out in March and said that they will replace the mattress but I need to get a new base as I am using the wrong base. Later on when I followed up on this they told me that the supplier will not replace the mattress as it is not a manufacturing fault. How can a mattress last for only 2 months regardless of the base that you are using? Very disappointed in UFO.

Different types of mattresses require different types of support in order to retain their integrity. The base you have may or may not be affecting that integrity.
Its important to note a manufacturer’s recommendations, as using the wrong type of support can reduce the life span of a mattress.
Having said the above we will most definitely try to see how best we can assist you , if we are able to.
