UFO SELLS ****

So I wrote a review on the 7th about the faulty bed. Last Sunday they sent someone to come and fix the bed and guess what on Sunday night the legs fell off again. I then called and emailed them then Gavin called me back and said he would send a new sleigh. I asked if he can't get us a base instead which he agreed to saying the sleigh does damage to the mattress in the long run so a base is the better option. Fast forward to today where he tells us that we need to use the sleigh for a year and observe it before we can get a base. I am so over UFO
