UFO **** me with genuine leather lounge suit

I purchased a genuine leather lounge suit (New York) for R58000 from UFO furniture's in 2019 expecting it to be durable and long lasting. However after only two years of use, I noticed that the leather was starting to peel. I brought this to the attention of the store where I had purchased it and my complaint was escalated to the area manager and further to the customer care service department, but they have refused to take any responsibility for the substandard furniture they have sold me. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to assist me with my problem. I expected a product of this caliber and price to last much longer than two years and it is frustrating to have to deal with a defective product and unsympathetic customer service personnel. I would strongly advise other shoppers to reconsider using UFO furniture for these expensive purchases, as they do not seem to stand behind the quality of their products. It's a shame to have spent so much cash money on something that turned out to be a ****.
