UFO lounge suite query

I I was taken from pillar to post about my mother lounge which started showing the leather fading after a year of being bought. I struggled a whole month to grab UFO attention. My delighted to say this on record that on the 21st July 2020 after complaining yet again I received a call from a lady by the name of chynelle Kloppers attending to my query. The level of customer service I received from her was beyond my expectations, she was very professional,humble and polite when she spoke to me. My query was resolved on the very same day. My mother lounge suite was replaced with another's which the price tag of it was R500 more than the one that I was initially bought. As I'm writing we received confirmation that the lounge suite will be delivered by weekend. The team that's working with Chynelle are lucky to have her as part of team may God bless her.
