ufo is a money making scheme

I bought a leather couch in 2013 and now its tearing off (ufo woodmead Freeway on the N1). I paid R16000 for that couch and not even 6 years old its cracked . had I known that this store was a ******* I would have bought a couch for R3000 at Mr Price . I have called them to complain and Prevesh the manager was not even listening to me and he was so sarcastic. when I inquired about my couch tearing off in 2015 I was asked if I wana buy a new one . I mean really . Ufo is the most horrible furniture store in the world and if you reading this please stay away from that store
