Ufo head office **** to me

I ve been waiting for ufo head office to come a d fetch the two chairs that i bought ,they told me they will come mid january ,but when i try to call them theres no answer,i ve sent e mails stillno answer.The name of the lady i was talking to is Charlene Olivier .after 2 months of buying lounge suite the 2 chairs of that lounge suite was no more comfortable (you could feel the plank inside the chair).Please help
