UFO furniture unfairness

My name is Tumiso I bought a sofa set at UFO polokwane for our family house for over R20 000 in 2017 all of sudden late last year the sofa started peeling and the material is fading I laid a complain directly to management and they say there is nothing they can do because it's no longer under warranty honestly there is no fairness here and we lost a whole lot of money for something that was suppose to last years... can I get assisted from this its really not fair.
