UFO furniture store ripped me off .

I bought a bed for R5000 from UFO furniture's , and i got a rip-off , the bed got broken and the mattress is not in a good form . i am a 63 year old woman , i used my last money from my pension from my previous employer to buy the bed . i have call them more then 10 time and all they keep on saying is that they will call me back . i send them several email all they do is pass me from one person to another. i have physical went to the shop more then five time and the store manager still refuse to assist me . Can someone please help me i dont know what to do anymore.
