UFO Furniture poor quality goods that are expensive and ****.

I bought a standing lamp with 5 globes connected on one long pipe from the lamp stand.In a month,one of those brunches broken and I took it back..They told me it's not their problem because it was in good working order when I took delivery of it.UFO should refund me since the lamp has been with them to date.The lamp cost me R6 000.I need a new lamp or my money back.The UFO is at the Carnival Mall.Reap offs!!!!
