UFO FURNITURE - Ordered a lounge suite that was made in S.A according to the salesman, and received one that was made in China.

We went shopping for lounge suites. Bought 2 from UFO Furniture in Menlyn. The fabric one seems good but the Full leather one is such a disappointment! The salesman told us that it was locally made by ALPINE. We loved the design and comfort so we purchased it. Unfortunately what was delivered was definitely not what we bargained for. Firstly. the packaging read "MADE IN CHINA" Secondly. the workmanship is so shoddy that even the legs are skew. Thirdly, the one seat is lopsided and stitching so bad on both the double seaters, that one backrest is neat while the other has lots of creases! As for comfort... it's a hard landing!!!!

We contacted UFO and sent them pictures of the FULL LEATHER LOUNGE SUITE DISAPPOINTMENT! The Manageress entertainment our call and promised a new Lounge Suite made by ALPINE will be delivered to us in due course. We anticipate a delivery soon?

Well let's hope this meets our S.A standards of good workmanship and comfort......
