UFO FURNITURE HEMMING WAYS- EAST LONDON

I have purched a couch which I still have not received till date. I've been given the run around by the staff naming Poria,Sindy and their manager which I didn't get his name. Time and time again I had to call the Hemming ways branch asking where and when I'll be receiving my item and it's either the couch is damaged or the weather is raining and they can't deliver. I've been receiving empty promises everytime I call but the worst part was when Poria one of their sales consultant was rude over the phone as though they doing me some sort of favour. I've been searching trying to escalate the matter but seemingly UFO FURNITURE has no head office just outlets. I'm so disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there if you value your money and peace of mind.
