UFO furniture cannot replace faulty furniture, claiming that they have been out of for 10 months

We purchases a TV stand from UFO furniture outlets in Witbank in Jan 2018. There were lights on the TV stand that did not work. The delivery team that assembled it, confirmed at the store that the lights do not work. The sales rep, said due to unavailability of the stock in SA, they could not exchange it immediately. They said they would come back to us when stock would be available.

Since Jan 2018, we have been waiting and following up with the Sales rep. However the same excuse was that there was no stock.

An email remainder was sent in Oct 2018, and we have not received any response. This is 10 months later that UFO furniture are claiming not to have stock.
