UFO furniture are ****mers, they sell pool quality products
We bought a lounge set in December 2020 for over 30K, we were told that the warranty is 3 years. Six months later the one side of the 3 seater you could feel the springs at the time I didn't take them back as I was going through the most i had just lost my husband. Now both the sides of the 3 seater is damaged and now they are telling me that they cannot fix them bcos the warranty is 1 year. Mind you that's not what was said at the time of the purchase.
There is no way I was going to spend over 30K on a lounge set that only has 1 year warranty. They ****med us by selling poor quality products, I'm so disgusted I will never ever buy anything from them.

06 Jul 2023, 05:43That's not what the sales person told us, if he was honest with us and told us that it was only 1 year warranty, we wouldn't have bought them. That's why I say UFO is a ****mer because your staff lie just to get sales. You products are expensive yet the quality is poor.

So now I'm confused cos you said UFO has never offered 3 year warranty so how come Kuhle S has a 3 year warranty on their couch.
Your sales people are lying to customers when they are selling, they tell customers that it's 3 years just do we can buy.
I'm not looking for a refund all I want is for my couch to be repaired that's all. According to what we were told these couches are still under warranty.
