Ufo furniture

Today I went into the UFO furniture store at N1 city mall. I asked the gentleman at the door if I can get a quotation for a bed he then could not assist me and directed me to the manager. When I ask her for a quotation. Her answer shocked me. And not the fact that the company do not issue quotations but that she as an individual refused to give a quotation due to the fact that many people come for quotations and never come back. And that she use to work at Hi Fi corporations and the same thing happend there I would not understand what the one have to do with the other and how she as a individual have the right to make that call if it is not company policy. Her answer was totally unexpecteble.
