UFO Furniture

I complained before about this store and after they got my review on this platform they called me in numbers last year December just before Christmas and I told them about my complaint regarding a bedroom suite that we purchased and it was of poor quality, they then promised to call me after the holidays of which they did call in January this year 2020 and again they said they were going to come back to me, until to date no one has given me feedback and no one has come to my house to inspect the bedroom set that I was complaining about. UFO is not a shop to buy furniture at all, no customer relations, poor quality and they don't respect their customers.
