UFO exchanged my couch with no hussle... Your professionalism in dealing with my complaint is out of this world
I logged a complaint on this platform on 13 July 2020 and UFO contacted me the next day and my complaints was resolved. Just like that☺️☺️☺️ Thank you Chynell Klopper for you professionalism and putting the customer in the centre of everything you do. Thank you so much to UFO for exchanging my couch with no hussle. You guys are awesome
