UFO does not accept / recognise warrantee claims

I bought 2 chairs and a sofa from UFO Furniture in Witbank +/- 3 months ago. I live alone and the chairs & sofa has hardly been used. The chairs wooden legs now has bad cracks in them and when I went back to UFO Furniture in Witbank I was notified, by e-mail, that UFO's warrantee does not cover the chair legs. This was never mentioned when I bought the chairs !! UFO has put me on their mailing list and BEWARE, I now get heaps of specials (junkmail) from them trying to sell their inferior quality furniture that has no warrantee !!
