UFO comes to the party

I bought a lounge set at the Fourways Store( 2 years ago) that i was told was genuine leather. 13 month later the leather started peeling and tearing. At that stage the sales person delayed responding to the complaint and three months later told me it was out of the 1 year guarantee period. In June this year i saw a UFO advert on facebook and commented that they dont honour their guarantees. I was pleasantly surprised when i received a call from Chynell Kloppers today. She was extremely apologetic, professional and agree to a replacement of the couch. Now thats what i call customer service
