UFO Bad Service and Broken items on delivery

I bought a bedroom suite online in June 2022. It was delivered with a broken dressing table. The delivery team noted it and wrote it down for the store. Since July 2022 I have been contacting the store to get a new one delivered. I even went to the store and the Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales team always promise to call back but never do. It's October 2022 and I am still sitting with a broken dressing table which was bought cash for R15K.
