UFO Awesome after sales Service keep it up.

I recently had an issue with couches i bought a while back the leather/material was pealing off, i logged a complain and a wonderful lady by the name of "Chynell klopper" assisted me she made the process to replace the couches as painless as possible "UFO" opted to replace the complete couch set with a brand new set of couches and to top it all they arranged for the new couches to be collected at my house and take the old couches, i want to take this time to compliment and applaud "Chynell" and the team at UFO for such an amazing after sales experience once again thank you Regards John-Michael
