UFO 3 piece lounge suite presumably 100% genuine leather

My husband and I bought the lounge suite in 2017 which was advertised as 100% genuine leather from a store in Polokwane Savanna Mall. The lounge suits cushions started cracking in 2020 and now the the back of the suite is peeling off which shows that the material used is not genuine leather but rather synthetic leather at the back of the lounge suite.

When we submitted our query with the store we are being told that the longe suite is no longer under guarantee and they can only take them to their workshop and fix them at our own cost which we are not prepared to do that unless if the material was 100% genuine leather.

Why do they lie to customers if they know very well that the lounge suites are not 100% genuine leather as advertised because we only bought them thinking that it’s 100% genuine leather.

Please do what’s right and let us have things that you advertised because we only bought because of the way they were advertised.
