To whom it may concern
On the Black Friday November 2020, I bought Cassidy Couches at Protea glen mall then within 3 months were starting to crack 1st week of march 2021 I lodge a complain to store manager (Ernest) always liying to me he even ask for photos but till today no has been done about my situation because now they are cracking so badly please due respect can you help me.
