Thumbs up for UFO FURNITURE!
Our complaint regarding the leather lounge suite was meticulously handled by UFO Furniture's complaints department as well as UFO's management/Menlyn branch.
The replacement suite made by Alpine (proudly South African), was delivered to us on Saturday. Definitely a store that we will be visiting again in future.
