This store should be shut down – overpriced junk and dishonest practices

I deeply regret buying from this store. I paid a high price for a bedroom set, only to be delivered a cheap, peeling headboard made of chipboard. It was already damaged when it arrived, clear proof that they’re selling substandard furniture at inflated prices.

When I tried to return it on the same day of delivery, they kept making excuses, saying they had no stock to replace it.( I went in store to purchased this. They sold it to me. The next day i called two other branches to find out whats going and they told me the same item was in stock and offered to sell it to me. It’s clear they’re just trying to delay refunds and wear customers down.

Its been a week and They have not collected the defective item and now it’s sitting in my bedroom unused, still in its packaging. I can’t even use my own space properly because of their negligence.

This store is running a **** — selling cheap imports at luxury prices and hoping no one fights back. It’s *********, dishonest, and unacceptable. They don’t deserve to be in business. Avoid them at all costs.that one star is only because i cant give them a minus 100 or no stars.
