The older gentleman in the Ferndale store is not very clued up and works extremely slow to the point where you actually feel frustrated. He counted my money incorrectly. I showed him a picture of the bed I was after, he showed it to me in store, I liked the bed I saw in the shop. Once it was delivered, it was a completely different bed. The delivery charges are quite steep at R650. Other than that, service was okay.
