Thank you Dipuo from UFO Kolonnade Retail Park Store

Made a purchase of a bed towards the end of September at the Kolonnade Retail park store. I then discovered a fault with the bed (damaged base and already started making squeaky sounds like it was not a newly purchased set).

I logged a complaint with the store with the assistance of Dipuo who had been my point of contact from the time of the transaction. We struggled for a while with back and forth of waiting on the supplier to replace the set. The most frustrating thing was not knowing who to believe, the gentleman who was supposed to do an inspection of what the problem with this set was, and the store who kept on saying the hold up is with the supplier. I had hoped to have resolved this issue by December, but nope. Fast forward only on the 15th Feb I could get a new set - a different brand because among the reasons I was informed of this delay was the items that were in the store were from the ones that were returned by customers and could not be given a second hand. I opted to switch brands I feared I was yet to experience the same challenges and or worse and take another year to resolve.

I am yet to see, I am however satisfied with the new bed. I do wish the process could not have taken this long, I cannot express the frustration and anxiety that this caused. A big thank you to the amazing Dipuo for the remarkable service, the constant updates, and engagement throughout the process, her reassuring that this will be resolved helped a lot, must have been somewhat hard dealing with a distraught customer. My wish is that her efforts, passion, commitment, dedication, and hard work are seen and noticed. It takes such a person to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention to do what she did. Thank you also to the gentlemen who delivered as per the agreement yesterday for swapping with no issues.

Could have been great had it not taken that long, but hey.... Well done Dipuo and team Kolonnade.
