Terrible service

I purchased a sofa set (torino) from UFO on the 09 Sep 14 for 17k. We were told by the store that the set was a suede finish upon arrival of the suit it turned out to be a leather imitation, however we accepted, 2 weeks later this leather started peeling we called in the sales rep to complain but no response we kept hounding them still nothing. In early January the recliner gave up by now the entire set had discoloration. The store sent through a representative to investigate the matter and he confirmed this matter. They later sent a truck to collect the set but without warning so we phoned in and told them they need to warn us before so we can make seating arrangements on our side, we then requested them to collect the suit but to date nothing. When it came time for paying we had no problem paying cash for this but the manner in which this situation is been treated absurd. It seems UFO is procrastinating until the warranty wares off so it's off their hands.
