Terrible customer service by the manager

Our shopping experience was going well at UFO Springfield, with the sales lady who was assisting us until we got to the till point where another lady assisted with processing our payment. This lady who assisted us is in a managerial position at the store, her attitude stinks, plus she is a complete ****. She confirmed our order would be delivered on a certain day however once we made payment she completely changed her story. Even when the story was confirmed by one of the employees to say yes, this is what you said, she did not even have the decency to apologise.
