STAY AWAY FROM UFO

I made a purchase at UFO September 2014, I noticed that there were damages which I reported. They gave me the run around to have the item repaired. Eventually they came to collect it for repairs beginning February. They promised to have the repairs completed in 14 days. I have been following up and I must say the service I received was ****. I still don't have my couch back. They have no interest whatsoever in having the couch returned. As far as they are concerned the sale is done, they have their money and don't care what happens after that, while I paid for a couch I don't have.<br> If you are looking for peace of mind STAY AWAY FROM UFO <br>
