Sofas are in bad condition

I write this message with poor service received from ufo giyani after my mother spent R83000 on your products but unsatisfied(sofas) and a table with chairs, they manage to change chairs but are refusing with sofas they are at fault they don't want to exchange and give us new sofas they telling stories when they supposed to change the sofas that have faults kindly assist.
