SOFA ISSUE

Hi. I will never buy from UFO furniture(Craighall). Bought a Sofa in Dec 2016. Had to change it as the quality was so bad.. With a month or 2 had to change again but now i had to choose another one as the price went up for the existing one that i bought and had to settle for a more cheaper one. This also has to be repaired within a couple of weeks of receiving it as it got damaged to quickly. Than i received the sofa but had to also once with 2-3 month all the sofas(3 piece) had problems. I contact them and waited for 2-3 month when finally there came back to tell me that its not there problem. They rip you off firstly and than there still don't even repair the stuff properly. There don't even contact you on the progress ever until you contact them. Pathetic company. Dont ever buy unless you want defected stock or want to be **********.
