Shocking inferior quality

Purchased genuine leather upper 3 piece couches with silver legs, purportedly discounted by 50 %. In March 2017. The couches had to be assembled by UFO’s staff. All was well until last Sunday when a visitor had a fall as the leg moved out. Upon inspection, we discovered the *****s had come out. To our horror we discovered that two other seats were also on the brink of collapsing as only 2 *****s were put in instead of the required 4. In some cases the *****s were not even *****ed in completely. How embarrassing and disgusting and theses couches were not cheap and were paid for fully. When we called the Northgate branch where we purchased it we were given attitude and after 7 days still no joy. All they needed to do was send someone to fix the mess and at least apologize for their shoddy workmanship. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I need my couches fixed ASAP as I paid fully for it?? not for junk
